Make you place your device inside the beige pocket, not between the beige and outer case
Works perfectly. Thankfully, I saw another review where the person explained that the phone needs to be inside the beige cloth pocket, not between the beige cloth and black outer shell. The beige cloth looks like it is some sort of backing material, but it isn't. It is meant to have the phone placed inside, then the cloth folds over on itself to seal off the device from signals. I have two phones on two different networks and both were completely blocked from signals. After removing each from the case, on multiple tests, it took anywhere from 20 seconds to a couple of minutes for the phones to reacquire signals. I've very please with these so far.
