I'm a driver, and I've been driving for the last a year and half. During that time I accumulated pain somewhere on my tailbone since I bought this pillow it really helped me a lot. The pain was gone. I am a short lady so I needed some elevation so I can see the road better. I know I can lift my seat higher but I won't be able to reach the pedals. So, with this car seat it helped me with that issue especially the design, it's wedge so I don't have to worry about my leg not reaching the pedal. I am glad I bought this.
