If there was a way to give this ten stars I would have. Now what can be said differently that the previous 1700 reviews haven’t already said. I’ll try to put a different spin on the review. Years ago I was in a serious accident leaving me with broken disks in the spine and a brain trauma. It took a lot of rehabilitation by some wonderful technicians along with family, and fortunately I bounced back. Not to normal but close to it. The spine has been operated on three times but the results were not too good. My brain trauma resulted in a Parkinson’s like condition. I am now required to use a power wheelchair and take a huge amount of medications including two that are opiod based. The pain is under control thank God. Now anyone who has taken opiod medication will tell you that it does a number on the digestive system and causing constipation. Even though I take stool softeners daily it’s still necessary for me to use suppositories. I don’t know what the condition is called but the stools are rock hard and pretty large. Sorry about the frank discussion. Because of the problem occasionaly the toilet backs up pretty bad. The plunger I have, sometimes worked and other times not so much and the maitainance guys had to intervene. It took only seconds for the guys to get back to normal because of the plunger they had. The last time they were here I got the chance to look at their plunger and the minute they left I was on Amazon looking for the same thing or at least similar. After a little research I chose this Neiko model. With Prime shipping I had it in my hand within a couple of days. I could hardly wait to give it a try and I didn’t have to wait long. The toilet as usual backed up pretty bad. I took the new gift to myself and went to work. Being in a wheelchair doesn’t allow much power behind your thrusts because the leg muscles can’t be used. It’s only the muscles in your arm you can count on. With the old plunger, it would take three or fours heavy push and pull motions and flushed before the toilet was again usable. The new plunger cleaned the blockage the first time. You can actually hear the vacuum that the plunger makes . The plunger is great. I’ve used it twice since and each time the toilet has been cleared after the first procedure. I’m extremely pleased with the plunger and highly recommend this model.
