Firstly, the flavor is amazing!!! I would eat this dry! (I have, too) 😂 Secondly, it has the same ingredients as Dr Bergs electrolyte powder but this has more servings and a few dollars less. It makes me feel great on keto and makes me feel confident I’m getting what I need! I’ve used a couple electrolyte powders that didn’t dissolve well in hot or cold water and this powder has NO issues what so ever!!! I definitely recommend this!! I will be posting about this on my Instagram @suzzetteheather just in case the company wants to send me more 😂
