Edit update: after I posted my review, the company reached out to me and sent me a new turner. I took the first one completely apart to find out why it was making that God awful nose. It turned out to be the metal rod grinding against the metal stand holding the cup. This is an easy fix for a great product. I hot glued a piece of felt to the stand and it provides a soft barrier between the two metals. I don’t know if this will hold up long term but so far so good. I have completed 4 tumblers with not a peep out of it since then. Maybe the company will add a barrier because of this post. Happy crafting! This is only my second time using this and now it’s making a weird noise. Getting worse and it’s rotating. A little disappointed by this. The first time I used it, you didn’t hear a thing. You don’t get enough glitter to do a cup. I’m pretty sure I could have made something for the same amount as I paid and it might have been better.
