I purchased this tea kettle due to a friend's recommendation. I am quite pleased with the tea warming aspect of this product however I was under the impression that it could also function as a marriage counselor and in this respect it is a miserable failure. It literally sat silently while Susan berated me, calling me all sorts of names and insinuated I needed professional help! As if I hadn't just purchased a tea kettle/marriage counselor and we weren't in a session! Great news: I love tea anytime I want it. Bad news: Susan the b**** is taking the house and the kids. Overall 8/10.
