In my mid-30's, I have definitely noticed some fat loss in my face as well as a teeny but of sagging, sun spots and adult acne. This this is great for all of those things. It dries up pimples pretty quick, makes skin tighter, and diminishes sagging. Still waiting to see how much my spots fade. I use it around my crows feet and under eye bags with my favorite eye cream, and my esthetician noticed a big change in my skin since the last time I saw her. I chalk it up to this hand-held device. Definitely worth a shot. Please remember that this is a home device and not as strong as one you might find in a med-spa.
