Garnier Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Daily Moisturizer has a nice citrus, floral fresh smell to it. It has the consistency of a mid weight facial cream however it absorbs fairly quickly into the skin, you could use this under your makeup without any issues. Has an SPF of 15 which is ok but I personally would wish for something a bit higher. I am currently in the winter months and normally I have oily acne prone skin but because of the cold I now have shiny,dry, acne prone skin. Garnier Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Daily Moisturizer is very moisturizing, it does keep my skin nice, soft and shine free however its not too rich that it causes my skin to breakout. Update: There is a 7 day claim to brighter skin and after my 5th day of using Garnier clearly bright, only once a day, I did in fact notice my skin looked very bright. It reminded me of the way my face looks after I exfoliate when I haven't exfoliated in a long time or after a really painful deep cleansing facial.
