Yes they are worth the price!
When I looked at the shoe stretcher, i assumed I was buying one. When they arrived it was a pair, which pleased me.
One of my feet is longer (by a little), than the other and the shoe stretcher provided a solution. One must wet the shoe thoroughly then put in the stretcher and gain a little length or width (that's all I need). Now I can continue buying leather shoes size 13 without going to a size 14 which would be a loose fit. The large screw is for length, the L shaped screw is to gain width, The small plastic inserts are to stretch certain points and metal screws inside the wood blocks allow for varying adjustments as to width.
