Took my 1st one to Washington for family visit & forgot to pack it. Had to buy a 2nd! 2 of my sisters now also own this model. It has 3 year warranty, which I've not need to use - but my sister did. Defective part was immediately replaced with only 1 call to customer service. I owned the Wolfgang Puck model before, this is far superior. I cook literally everything in it. You can cook complete meals, keeping foods separate, by using the rack. My favorite trick is to put brown rice & water into wide mouth pint mason jar, just set it into bean soup mixture & let it all cook together. Perfectly cooked rice & beans!
