Ok, so I’ve been plant based for a long time and I lovvvve this stuff. It has the comforting flavor memory of bacon from my childhood while not feeling anything like animal flesh. Let me explain, I’m at the stage of plant based where even thinking anything has the consistency of animal flesh makes me nauseous; it’s just gross. This stuff “feels” plant based and tastes yummy. So, to the folks who hate it, especially if they are new on the plant based journey, I can understand. I remember those days, where I was comparing everything to meat/my tastes were different. Frankly, I never ever thought I would get to the point I am now. So, this is an A+ for someone like me. Hopefully this helps someone decide whether or not this is for them. I personally love it.
