Rubber base reeks of foreign rubber. Like I want my hair to smell like that? Bristles are good.
Update 1/26/2018, Seller contacted me about strong, natural rubber smell. Told me it would wear off and it did. Also said they are changing their packaging to allow the brush to “breathe” before getting to the consumer.
