I ordered these and they have been great so far👍 I started the keto diet in mid October and was feeling sluggish. These have definitely helped. You take 2 once a day 20-30 minutes before a meal with a full 8 ounce glass of water. I take it in the A.m. I can really feel the difference in my energy level👍
