Best I've found
Yes, it's expensive. I've had cheaper ones and have been disappointed. Two things that set this diffuser above the others: First, cleaning instruction are uncommonly simple (use warm water and a cotton swab occasionally). And second, it regulates the mist so that a few drops of oil in a full reservoir last 8 hours. There is also a 4 hour setting where the mist is continual. Great for our dental office. We have owned several cheap diffusers that have not lasted and require a lot of special care. We were so glad when DoTerra began offering this one. Note however that the warranty is void if you use oils other than DoTerra. Because DoTerra oils can be used internally as well as with the diffuser, I have no interest in using other brands. I might mention that DoTerra also has a Lotus diffuser which I do not recommend. It is attractive but an awkward design for filling, cleaning, and emptying, and the mist lasts only an hour before refilling is necessary. The blinking light when it shuts off wakes the baby. However both of these diffusers have lasted us quite a long time so far.
