I used this in combination with the charcoal powder and I got amazing results in 3-4 days I feel like the charcoal removes the stains and this product makes the teeth look sparkling white. I used the charcoal twice a day. I just sprinkled a little of the charcoal on a regular tooth brush and brushed for about a minute or 2 and then I rinsed it out, brushed with regular toothpaste, and applied this product once a day (at night before bed). I did not brush after 1 hour... I left it on over night.
