Great product if you change-up usage guidelines.
I have a history of severely dry hands with deep painful cracks on most fingertips. A dermatologist (who took 2 months to see!) told me to use heavy moisturizer (as if I'd never thought of this). I've tried good quality moisturizers overnight with cotton gloves -- no major changes for me. On a lark, I tried these odd-looking hand mask gloves. The 20-minute suggested use felt pleasant, but was clearly inadequate. Throwing caution to the wind, I went to sleep with a pair on. Wahoo! I wore them for roughly 3 hours, removed my now very clammy hands from the gloves for a bit while my fingers 'de-prunified', then stuffed my hands back in the same pair till morning. Noticeable improvement! Some of the results naturally wore off in the course of the day. But with a repeat use with a new pair the next night, I saw some promising improvement. I'm on my second order of the product, follow my extended overnight use pattern, and am slowly seeing my hands actually heal. If you're someone with normal hand dryness, I imagine 20 minutes would be fine. But anyone with issues like me would want to far exceed that time. It's worth pointing out you'll enjoy these more if you like coconut/tropical island scents. And while you can use a tablet or phone keypad when wearing these gloves (as advertised), it's going to be a clumsy experience at best. But for me, I'm willing to put up with a lot of nighttime inconvenience to have my hands feel halfway normal. Repeated overnight use is making a difference. Hope this helps someone who is tired of going thru boxes of fingertip bandaids on a steady basis. Would definitely recommend with the above caveats.
