I’m 5’5” 140lbs, 36c. I bought Medium and they are a perfect fit. The chest is slightly snug, but not tight & the material has great stretch factor. I’m giving these an overall great review because they feel fantastic & are a good value. I wanted them to wear under other clothing during winter Scouting activities. The negative is as seen in the photos- the pants arrived with a hole in the waistline & after 2 hours of wear under a tan hoodie there were pills on the underarms of the shirt. That being said, they were inexpensive & I did buy them to wear under other garments so if that’s what you need these are great.
