Let me start my saying- I hate ironing, and I'm terrible at it. For that reason, I usually either pay for dry cleaning or let things be wrinkly. I decided to try this steamer, not confident that it would be great, but hey, worth a shot. I had my doubts, but it is so great. It is very easy to fill with water and lock securely, and it heats up fast. I had never steamed before so I was a little confused at first, but I figured it out within a minute or two. My husband and I spent close to 30 minutes ironing wrinkly clothes we had just because we could finally use something easier than an iron. It excites me that he will be able to de-wrinkle his clothes when I'm not around by using this. Even clothes that seemed to be permanently wrinkled were better after using this. My only critique is that I wish that the full tank lasted longer than ten minutes. Of course, if you're using this on-the-go and just trying to de-wrinkle one shirt, this is perfect. For someone like me, who works on a couple of shirts at once, it is a little frustrating to have to refill every ten minutes... but I can't complain because it is still 20x better than ironing! EDIT: I've had this steamer for months now and still enjoy it. I've learned over time that the tank doesn't quite last ten minutes. If you REALLY want to steam multiple items well, you will probably have to fill up at least once. You can easily unscrew the top and the second tank of water reheats almost immediately, though. Overall, I'd still buy this product- especially if you're looking for something truly on-the-go. My favorite part about having this steamer is that I can steam that one shirt that always comes out of the dryer with wrinkles without having to warm up an iron. Overall, you should buy this product. It's simple to use and quick.
