It's very important to me to promote something that works: I have been estrogen dominant for most of my adult life which has included ovarian cysts, polycystic ovaries, growths on the cervix, male pattern hair loss, painful breasts, joint pain and hypermobile joints and since age 25 I'd go years at a time without a period. I was aware that the US food system and other pollutants contributed to this situation but I didn't know how I could counter these effects. I was very excited to find this product. My recent symptoms were: polycystic ovaries, perpetually painful breasts, hypermobile and painful joints, a lot of trouble falling asleep and sleeping fitfully, and no period for the last year (I am 36 years old). I decided to try 2 months on this product (2 menstrual cycles) and see if it worked. I took one at lunch and one at dinner. This is my report: Within 3 days I was falling asleep easily and waking up feeling rested, my breasts stopped being swollen and painful, my joints stopped hurting as much and didn't seem so "loose" and my mood seemed more "balanced". After the first month I still had no period but today (end of 2nd month) I have my period!! I'm sure the pcos is reduced but I'd need an ultrasound to verify. I am very happy and I want to continue to take this product, it is a miracle! I have researched the food industry in detail and I can assure you every woman needs this product to defend against the pollutants and chemicals found in it these days. Thank you. Update: Dec 2020: I also wanted to say: there is another brand (competitor) that comes up when you search for this product on Amazon, also with DIM, for about $18. It is not as effective. I tried it on the basis I would save money, but it was not as effective as this product.
