Exceeded expectations!
I love this case! There are many pencil holders/cases/roll-ups that can hold 72 pencils or less, but not many that can hold a full 120. Considering that my pencil set was 120, I wanted something that could hold all of them together that was more convenient than the box/tin that the set came in. This does it and so much more!. The case I received held 22 pencils on each 'full' side, and then holds 14 pencils + 3 'large loops' for miscellaneous items. This totals 124 pencils + 3 gel pens and a blender pencil, or maybe a sharpener, or even a waterbrush! I tried 2 waterbrushes, the Derwent and the Zig detailer. Both would 'fit' and 'close,' but it was obvious the Derwent was thicker than I would recommend. The zig did better. The gel pens did fit in the normal pencil slots, but it would be tough to fill all 22 with gel pens, but probably could do alternating loops. That wasn't a big deal for me because I really only use 3 (white, silver, and gold) and this could accomodate all 3 in the big loops if I want. I also tried different pencil sizes - Derwent Inktense (biggest of the 3), Faber-Castell Albrecht Durer (mid), and prismacolor (smallest). All 3 fit and you can do the full 124. Then you add that it seems well made, secure, easy to zipper, nice cover, the dove grey was nice, and I like there is a removable handle and you really have a great case. Hopefully the pictures demonstrate the options. (and I did not receive this as a sample or otherwise was asked to review, I just decided to give it a try because I wanted a case. I decided to review because it exceeded my expectations and deserved more reviews)
