Decades ago, my hip had such horrible arthritis, I couldn't life my leg high enough to get into an SUV without help. Then I found a little book called The Arthritis Cure, which recommended taking this specific product daily and walking a brisk mile or so, also daily. I bought Osteo Bi-Flex, took as directed, and joined the gym. After about six weeks of walking as fast as I could on the treadmill and taking these pills, my pain was greatly improved. After another month, it was basically gone. I've been walking on the treadmill and taking these ever since. EXCEPT I forgot to buy them about six months ago, and was reminded by hip pain, joined by thumb-joint pain so severe I could barely grasp anything. So I went back on Osteo Bi-Flex and within two months the pain was gone. GONE. I did try other brands, but nothing works as well as this does.
