Began taking this stuff about a year ago after reading about its health benefits. Flu season came around and literally EVERYONE I worked with got a bad, BAD cold. I’m talking 2 weeks congestion, horrible coughing, fogged brain nightmare. I was the only one of the whole staff who didnt get sick. Was covering a lot of shifts that month...made some good money :D Didn’t do anything else differently to my routine besides take this 1-2x per day. Been doing it off and on since. Had a mild sore throat one day in the past year. Thats about it.
