Not a bad value at all
I work at a nail salon and actually use this nail lamp for professional environment rather than spending over $200 for a brand name lamp. Yikes.
#Pros:
- Good value. Since this is 120W, it's more future proof. Because these lamps tend to wear out easily, or the lights lose their effectiveness overtime. 120W is 3 times more than a regular lamp.
- Touch screen! The touch screen is sensitive, which is great. A light tap would do. No physical button means the product will last longer.
- Very lightweight.
- The handle is a nice bonus to safely pick up the product.
- The bottom part is detachable.
- UV LED lights are scattered evenly on the top and sides of the lamp. So thumbs are cured properly.
- These new models have LED lights. LED helps dry twice as fast, aka cut down on curing time.
- Easy to use. Just put your nails under the lights and let the auto sensor work on low heat, or adjust the timer.
#Cons:
- Get hot real fast due to high wattage.
(I normally use 10s/30s for base coat and first color coat. 30s/60s for second color coat and top coat. If you apply many coats, add another 10-30s on the last color coat and top coat.)
- Handle is very flimsy. Literally, handle with care.
