First, let me just say that this game is awesome, and should be turned into a website for a better playing experience. Guide to not being a complete nincompoop at this game: Step 1. Do absolutely everything the tutorial tells you to do! Especially the name part. To be honest, I target anybody who's name starts with " Pilot " because I know that they are going to be easy to kill. Step 2. Buy the second slot. It is the best thing you can do, because then you can have a second chance at the game. It also allows you to be prepared for different maps. Step 3. BUY THE COSSACK! DO NOT GET THE SCHULTZE! The Schultz's was a step down from Destrier, the starting robot. The Cossack is fast, and introduces jump and mark 2 weapons. Step 4. Upgrade your weapons, not the bots. The weapons are what is going to save you, not the health or speed. Step 5. Buy the Golem. ( You have to level up to get this) It is my favorite robot, as it combines a standard light weapon slot ( I use a level 4 spiral as of now) a mark 2 weapon slot ( I use a level4 punisher m2) and a heavy weapon spot( I use a level 3 nashorn) and the mark2 spot allows to fire from cover easily because it is extended outward. Other than that, I can't help you because a) I haven't gotten that far and b) everybody's style is different. For close range, there is a heavy robot with a lot of health, and for sniping, there are fast robots with jump that have heavy weapon slots. That's all there is to it! Just play!
