I am writing this review to potential help another mama bear out. I have 2 kiddos (2&4) and while I am considered "skinny", my body will never be what it was pre-baby. I am 5'4 and fluctuate between 122-128lbs. I wear a 34B in Victoria secret slightly padded bras, size small in old navy tank tops and really most shirts that I buy, size small panties, size 3 in junior shorts/jeans, size 4 in Lululemon, and size 4 in American Eagle shorts/jeans. Generally, I am a size small across the board but was super undecided when it came to buying this bathing suit. I was concerned that if I got the small that it wouldn't be as high waisted as I wanted but was also worried that my mom boobs would get lost in the medium and look like I was wearing a diaper on the bottom. I ended up ultimately deciding on the small and it is perfect! Super happy I went with small because the way the material sits gives some wiggle room to adjust. I originally bought this in the black and cheetah print as well as the purple tie-dye color but am about to place an order for at least 5 more prints because this suit was just what I was looking for to cover my mom bod insecurities while allowing me to feel comfortable and confident in something other than a 1 piece (I live in Hawaii so having many suits is a must). Just in case this helps, my criteria was a suit that covered past my belly button, was not too cheeky but not too granny style on the butt, covered the bikini lines between my lady bits and thighs well (don't prefer bazillion style high cut suit but also don't like boy short style, this is a very good in between to cover potential bumps), thickish/good quality material, enough wiggle room to chase my toddlers and bend over without any malfunctions, a top that helped keep my 4 years of breast feeding boobies where they belong in the front of my chest and slightly lifted, and last but not least, didn't look like a frumpy granny suit (no shade to anyone who prefers that style). This high waisted bikini met all of this criteria and I am extremely happy with this purchase. I will update with a pictures of all of the designs I got once they arrive so that you guys know I'm not kidding when I say I friggin love this suit! Just buy it, you will not be disappointed and you will want more colors/designs.
