This fan is perfect if you're planning on keeping it next to your bed to cool you down a little. If that's the case, the air is actually nice and cool and helps. Can't say I'd recommend it to cool you down if you're going to be over +6ft from it, though Another reason I bought this fan was for the white noise to help me sleep. In terms of the white noise, I'd give it an 8/10 Video below for fellow white noise listeners & people who are curious to know what the fan sounds like (it's on the highest setting)
