As some other reviewers mentioned, this thing is really tall - way too tall for my short self (5' 8"). I cut 12" off the upper steel support post, re-drilled holes, and it now puts out at least 10x more heat on me where before it was almost useless in sub-zero temperatures. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing this, it's almost required. I understand that it's tall for tall people to be able to use, but they should sell a short person version! Turns on almost instantly in sub-zero temperatures. Appears to be of good quality for the price and is solid. Installation is easy and common sense, there are only like 10 parts, I have no idea why people are complaining about this.
