This item arrived very quickly and when we opened it, a lot of the rubber backing was falling off in pieces and left a mess in my house, hence the reason for no 5 star rating. This grass looks like the real thing and we are not using this for "pet pee" training. I was going to use this for an area near my Gazebo to cover an area that never seems to grow grass, but unfortunately this was a wee bit too small for that area. So I used it as an area "rug" instead under the Gazebo. The grass does look real and is soft on the feet. Drainage is very good being it did get wet the first day that I put it out in an area that was not covered. If your using this a training area inside your home, I would highly suggest that you have something absorbent underneath. Very easy to clean...........just spray it down with a hose.
