I was very Skeptical when purchasing because I was afraid it wouldn’t be as puffy as my daughter wanted it, I ordered it anyway! I had trouble with DHL not being able to verify my address(negligence on their part) and wasn’t sure if I would receive it in time, unbeknownst it was on time and perfect for the occasion. I will definitely recommend to friends and famil!!! If you looking for puff this is guaranteed results. FYI.....If you hang it inside out on the hanger it creates more puff...….
