It's ok, some of the stitching is already coming loose after just 2 camping trips and the stuff sack straps have done the same thing. For the novice or occasional camper this will be fine but if you use it alot spend the extra money for a higher quality bag. You get what you pay for. Update... Customer service us awesome, they do read these reviews. I just received a email and they want to make it right and send me a new one. I never contacted them, they contacted me out of the blue. Will buy from them again.
