First the good: it was vacuum packed which made set up quite easy. There was no odor at all. It took about 15 minutes to totally open up to the full 1 1/2". It fit our queen size bed perfectly. I love how soft it made our bed. I didn't overheat which was a huge concern of mine. I chose the 1 1/2" rather than the 2" to make sure our deep pocket fitted sheet would stay on the bed. Now the bad: I honestly can't think of one bad thing. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a softer bed or if a spring broke in the box springs.
