So I’ll be honest because I know a lot of women need it. I’m 5’3” and 200 lbs at the moment... I used to be in shape so my fat to muscle ratio is about 55%/45% (meaning I don’t look my weight). So I’m pretty chunky right now. I purchased an XL in these shorts in black. I’m currently wearing them now as they are my favorite pants at the moment. They shrank a tiny bit in the dryer but they still fit great and I feel comfortable and confident out in public. These do not have the underwear lining but I personally like that. The waist band is pretty stretchy which I love on some shorts! Also, they are cheaper on amazon then when I saw them in store in person, so that was a plus! I personally like to have my pants over my belly button and these shorts sit there nicely while still covering my cheeks lol. Also these shorts have pockets and can fit an iPhone. However my phone will fall out if I try to run with it in my pocket. The pockets are great for keys or some loose bills (I personally put dogs treats and poop baggies in them lol). After Christmas I definitely want to buy another pair. I hope my review helped!
