I've purchased this product three times, and I feel I'm finally ready to review it. The first time I ordered it I loved it. It made my hair so soft and shiny and I felt like it was doing everything it was supposed to (protecting my hair, helped with split ends). The second time I ordered it I was surprised to see I got a larger bottle, and the spray nozzle was improved, however, the actual product smelled like cleaning products and almost seemed like I was only spaying water on my hair. It still did its duty with protecting my hair and making it softer, but I felt that it wasn't giving it the same shine and not doing much for split ends. The third time, I was back to the smaller bottle, but I was back to a better product. It was making my hair super soft and shiny again, and didn't have the weird smell. It had a much nicer light smell. So overall, yes it protects your hair and does what it is supposed to, but the product in general is not very consistent. You may end up with a product that does everything it states in the description or you may not. I definitely like this product, but I will probably be testing a few others to see whether there's something else out there that I can expect the same results from each time. If not, I will definitely be purchasing this again.
