i have been using these for probably 6 years, and i’ve never had a problem with sharpening them. i guess i can see where one might think you cannot sharpen them, because they feel like plastic on the outside - but common sense should kick in at some point. i attached a video of me sharpening one of my pencils. the sharpener i use in the video is one of a 2 pack i bought for a buck or 2 at the dollar store or walmart. can’t remember. either way, it’s not a special sharpener by any means. aside from the sharpening debacle, i can’t say enough about these pencils. eyeshadow base to brighten eyeshadow, use as a quick eyeshadow on its own, use to line your waterline- these are cheap and awesome. i already have a few in my arsenal :)
