If I'm being honest here, I wasn't expecting the highest quality on these pulls, but wasn't willing to pay $4-6/pull at a big retailer. We also placed an order for the 4391ORB and 4392ORB. Once received, we were very pleased! I would have picked these out at a store. Something that I had hoped for were photos of the pulls in a real kitchen, and there weren't many of those so I'm added that to my review. Also, one of the concerns I had before purchasing is that the handles and cups would be hollow and cheap feeling from the back. They are not! Where your hands touch the inside is very smooth and filled.
