This is the original Hayward Skimmer Basket and was a perfect fit. To make sure it is the correct skimmer basket for your pool you can check by: 1.- Look at the underneath of your current skimmer basket. If it says Hayward and SP-1082 (Mine said SP-1082-C) this will be the perfect fit. 2.- You can also look at the underneath of your skimmer cover. It will list the skimmer models the cover works with. Match this with the skimmer models the basket is designed to fit (mine said SP-1085-1, SP-1082, SP-1085-2 and SP-1084. Thank you.
