Wow! The coffee is great! We bought this because my son started a new job and is too rushed for coffee in the morning. I cut back to one or two cups in the morning so it doesn’t pay to get out the big coffee maker. This makes better coffee than the big one! The filter basket leaves a tiny amount of coffee grounds on the bottom of the cup. Not serious just annoying. We fill a standard coffee cup and just dump the water in and a regular silverware spoon to measure. I put 2 rounded spoonfuls for one cup. We use regular coffee filters and tie it up with cheap rubber bands from a bulk pack. You can also use plastic coated wire ties from bread wrappers or garbage bags. We put the bundle right in the filter basket and there’s no mess. So easy to use and I love that it’s space saving!
