Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I felt compelled to write a review on these bc of other reviews that say they come apart. I purchased these to use with Beachbody’s Muscle Burns Fat program. I’m more than half way through the program & these work great! To address other reviews: The first time I used these, yes one did come apart in the middle of the workout. However, as I continued to use them I realized it was my own fault. I posted one picture to show the correct way to hold them: with your grip entirely on the jump rope grip. The other photo shows how NOT to use them: holding the ropes with part of your grip on the screw top will cause them to come open. This makes sense bc as your wrist is spinning to jump, your wrist is also spinning the cap loose. So, use them the correct way & you’ll have no issues!
