I wear size 10 jeans so I ordered the medium aqua, and I love these pants. They pull on somewhat like pantyhose because they're tight and form fitting. I'm 5'5" and they fit well with enough leg for someone taller than me. They'll keep your legs warm in a cold studio and they stretch any way you need them to. The top can go up past your navel or be folded down. I think they're quite beautiful, functional, and well worth the money. You don't need to limit their use to yoga.
