The ceramic grinder fundamental to the Epare Mill Works! No need to worry about negative reviews. This design is great and works flawlessly. Coarse adjustment works as desired for both pepper corns and himalaya salt. If you want large volume of awesome pepper shards to season steaks this mill does it no problem. Each grinder (bought 2) holds 1/4 cup. The electric motor has good torque and operates on 4 AA batteries. The batteries are thoughtfully caged with a slip-on cylinder to ensure battery retention. I am pleased with my purchase and highly recommend. The search is over.
