Bought this case via Amazon Prime (directly from Amazon, not one of their "certified prime" dealers). Upon unboxing case, I noticed two rectangular stickers on both the front and back of the case. Do NOT remove these stickers - they are proof that your Lifeproof product is legit and Lifeproof will need these #s to offer a warranty. The Fit: The case fits very snug; it is very thin, yet is solid so I know my case is protected. I've dropped it quite a few times from at least waist high and there was no damage to the phone or case. The Aesthetics: Beautiful case; goes well with the white / gold / silver colors. The only negative I noticed is the back of the case can scratch fairly easily. Being see-thru, some people can get nit-picky. Regardless, the scratches are barely noticeable and this would happen with any plastic case. Durability: As I stated, the case seems solid. However, there is a rubber coating on the front part of the case that encompasses the bumper. I am careful with my case, but somehow a little piece of the rubber had chipped off; no big deal. WARRANTY EXPERIENCE: Three months after purchasing, I noticed the seal that presses against the glass screen began to get warped near the home button. Consequently, this left my phone vulnerable to water and dust and no longer made my phone waterproof (which defeats the purpose of this hefty pricetag). I went on Lifeproof's website, filled out the warranty info and followed their directions on what to do. I had to take a picture of the part of my phone that was having issues and write a brief description, as well as give them the serial # of the different case parts. One short business day later I received an e-mail back from Lifeproof stating that they are sending me a new case. When filling out the warranty info, I did state I purchased this case from Amazon. Regardless, I received a FedEx tracking # and the replacement unit should arrive tomorrow. I will update this review if something goes wrong with the warranty process, but so far, Lifeproof has surpassed my expectations with customer service. Well done!
