The most important thing to know is that if you want to unlock all of the soundscapes, music, meditations, bedtime stories, etc. you will need to pay the yearly fee when you set up your Hatch. The yearly price is $49.95. Buying the Hatch is expensive on its own, but then you have the yearly fee on top of that. HOWEVER, this little device has made a HUGE difference in my routine. Every evening I’m able to settle down with some music or meditation, and I always drift off to sleep during it. Every single night. It is so relaxing. You can set a timer for how long you want the meditation, music, bedtime story, etc. to go on for, then once that finishes, your nightly sound will turn on for the remainder of the night. I have mine set to white noise, but there are some other great options too. In the morning I have my Hatch set up to turn on it’s light 30 minutes before my alarm goes off. This is the most peaceful way to wake up. No noisy alarm. No jolting from vibrating alarms, etc. Just a gentle light that slowly gets brighter as the minutes tick on. It wakes me up gently every morning. This little device helps ease my anxiety, and has helped me create a better nighttime and morning routine. I do not regret buying it, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone!
