It's not the first time I am buying a product from this seller but on this particular one, it's the first time. Item is exactly as it was described and even though it has been fully satisfied my personal expectation, I knew if there was anything wrong with the product I could simply let the customer service know and they would send me a new one right away, something which never happened. I use this one on my computer chair and it gives me the support and comfort i need to go hours and hours without interruption in everything I am doing otherwise it's impossible to go long hours as i do without feeling pain and discomfort from the lower back area of the body. I am using the similar product from the seller in my car for quite a while and I am quite happy with that one too. I am not a specialist but the material it was used in these products are great and I am saying this because the one I am using in my car hasn't been changed even after three years using consistently and of course the level of support and comfort. If I only have one recommendation for the seller, that would be making these products in different sizes at least two sizes like large and small because I see why a few negative feedback are here. There are many different usages and people are different from sizes and weights so one could be a right choice for one could be small for others. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.
