I've always struggled with infections like BV or YI and this is the first supplement that not only helped get rid of an infection when I had it, but also prevented any infections from reoccurring while also keeping things fresh. In the two months I've been using it, it got rid of the infection I was already fighting within days of starting the pills and I haven't had an issue since (knock on wood!). I take one pill a day (rather than the suggested 2 pills / day) and it works amazingly!
