Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This product did help me just when I needed the help. You ask why? I had recently hurt my lower back at work and I was to use the ice and the heat. That was a problem. When I looked on line and found this to be an ice pack and it was portable--you can just strap it on and walk around or sit around with it on--wow. I ordered it right away and delivery service was great. I started using it after a couple of hours, as I had to put it in the freezer to get it ready. Wow it work great. Very lite to carry on your back--solid straps to keep it from falling. The bag it comes in is made well. The product entirely was perfect. I still use it and its easy for storage. So convenient as you can take it any where Thanks for listening Tricia In Hawaii
