I would have gave a 5 star, but when the power goes out the plugs reset before the modem. When the plug resets before the modem it doesn't connect to the network. My modem is brand new and it takes about 3 minutes to reconnect when power is restore.This makes plugs unreachable by Alex or Meross app. I have to unplug each plug and replug it back in so it connects to the wifi. They state they automatically reconnect, but the 10 I have have not twice. I lost power here in the north east two days in a row due to storm. When I try Alexa to turn lights it said plugs were not on or connected to network. The next day the same happen and the Meross app stated plugs were unreachable. The plugs work great otherwise, but I have 10 of them and have to move furniture around to unplug and replug when power goes out
