This is a great product. My 5-year-old got it for a birthday and has been completely absorbed in painting her own face over and over. Dark colors do leave a bit of shadow, and we do need to use soap to get those off, but otherwise it comes off the face and cleans up from brushes etc extremely well. I didn’t see a Blue Squid listing on Skin Deep (cosmetics safety website), but looked up individual ingredients. Everything is fine except two: Talcum powder is generally not good but I think that’s just if it’s in the air, so in solid form it should be fine. And I haven’t looked into Color Lakes too deeply yet but preliminary results look fine. So, it gets an “ok” from this mom.
