I assembled this in an afternoon with my son. It takes 3-4 hours or more. He loves it. Here are my issues: #1 - In Step 1 they have you assemble C5, C7, C6, and C8, in that order. WHY? I didn't catch it and so had to take the puzzle apart later to fix it. Everything else is sequential. This is a mistake Roku should fix. #2 - Part A-7 is a corkscrew channel for the balls to roll. I broke the bottom of it trying to get it in place. Used Gorilla Glue to repair the part. Smoothed it (did not have to sand it) and then got it assembled correctly. #3 - After completing the puzzle the posts (part E10 assembled in Steps 7-12) (6 of them) do not easily rise up and down because of friction. We did not quickly figure this out, and trying to turn the crank broke the wood peg (G10) off sub-gear (D8) (installed in Step 3). I glued D8 to D16 (larger gear) which solved that problem. I decided to use a Q-tip to apply WD-40 to the bottom of "part E10" (assembled are called parts d, e, f, g, h, i - 6 of them) where they slide on top of the wheels (D15) to slide more easily. It worked! It's a very creative puzzle and my son loves it. It was more work than it should have been, but that's okay. I have left this review to help others avoid these issues.
