This was the simplest cold brew I've made and turned out perfect! I couldn't be happier with the product. As a coffee addict, I tend to drink a LOT of coffee, but I've never made cold brew at home, I've always just made hot coffee and then either iced it (which dilutes it terribly) or put it in the fridge which seems to defeat the purpose of heating it up,,, I was unsure what to think of the cold brew process,,,,, This changed my mind,,, great flavor to the last drop,,, not a single bit of sludge in my glass,,, and while I added ice,,, I really didn't need to,,, The coffee maker was easy to clean and I've always got coffee on hand now!!!
