For people that comment on the smell, this is coal tar. You could seal your driveway or wash your hair. This is no frou frou shampoo. BUT that's what it takes to get big results for big problems. I was having a horrific case of psoriasis on my head. Not to be gross but coming off in chunks, not flakes. I was using tea tree which helps normal years but wasn't doing jack this year. After my BF actually captured a picture, I freaked. It looked as bad if not worse than it felt!!! Action mode. A bottle of T-Sal, this, and another wash with tea tree. I did this three days, using all products, and it was 99% gone. I'm now down to every other day since it's a drying combo but it works for severe psoriasis. I can wear dark colors and ditch the hats now!!! For those of you that suffer, you know how miserable it is both physically and mentally. While this is the magic, I do highly recommend the saliclyic acid wash first to start breaking it down, this to tear it apart, and a tea tree wash and condition for both the soothing and nice smelling properties. I also use one of the massaging scrub brushes to get all up in there.
